Brief and Introduction

The video is intended to be the first few opening scenes, in total lasting two minutes, of a feature film. The genre of our movie is a cross between a thriller and a mystery, intended for a more mature, older audience of around 16+ as the story line is quite reliant on background knowledge and understanding of complex emotions.

So far we have produced a storyboard detailing the outline to the opening 2 minutes and technical issues like camera angle and shot, mise-en-scene and sound. This process helped us create and dismiss 2 different ideas before we arrived at our final idea which we have filmed and have started to edit.

But before we started to think about our final film we had to do a preliminary task:
